Gameday Men's Health Centerville is a men's hormone health clinic specializing in testosterone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, sexual health, and ancillary men's health services. We operate in a man-cave environment - leather club chairs, flat screens, and a team that genuinely cares about helping men feel their best.
We run a tight, high-performing clinical operation with same-day in-office lab results, personalized protocols, and a recurring membership model that keeps patients engaged for the long term. We are in an active growth phase and we are building the team around people who take ownership, hold standards, and show up every day with the right attitude.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as Clinical Director. This is the senior clinical role in the building - you own patient consultations, protocol decisions, and clinical oversight of the team, and you practice under a supervision agreement with our collaborating physician.
You are the clinical authority patients and staff look to every day. You conduct consultations, review labs, set and adjust protocols across TRT, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, sexual health, and ED services, and you are the point of clinical accountability.
This is not a hospital role. There is no night shift, no rotating schedule. You work consistent day-shift hours in a premium, private-practice environment, leading a small clinical team that takes its work seriously.
YOUR MISSION: Own the clinical standard of the practice - safe, effective, well-documented protocols; a clinical team that runs smoothly under your direction; and a patient experience that keeps men coming back and referring their friends.
Clinical Care & Prescribing
- Conduct patient consultations, evaluate labs and history, and diagnose within your licensed scope of practice
- Establish and adjust individualized protocols for TRT, peptide therapy, medical weight loss (including GLP-1 management), and ED services
- Exercise prescriptive authority in accordance with your standard care arrangement / supervision agreement with your collaborating physician, including required consultation and chart review provisions
- Maintain OARRS reporting, controlled substance documentation, and prescribing compliance to Ohio Board of Nursing / Medical Board standards
- Review and sign off on protocols and lab result discussions handled by clinical support staff
- Oversee GAINSwave and P-Shot procedures performed in the clinic
- Maintain complete, timely clinical documentation in EMR for every patient interaction
Patient Experience
- Create a genuinely warm, professional experience for every patient on every visit - no exceptions
- Educate patients clearly on their protocols and what to expect as they progress
- Identify at-risk or dissatisfied patients early and address concerns directly
- Evaluate and recommend ancillary services when clinically appropriate for a patient’s goals
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Take clinical ownership and make confident, independent decisions.
- Connect well with men who may be guarded or uncomfortable discussing their health.
- Read labs as a clinical story-not just numbers on a page.
- Are meticulous with charting, OARRS, prescribing, and controlled-substance compliance.
- Can lead a small clinical team and hold people accountable.
- Are comfortable discussing sensitive health concerns, treatment options, and pricing.
- Will tell a patient he doesn’t need treatment when it isn’t appropriate.
- Want ownership of a clinic and its outcomes-not just another shift.
- Are genuinely interested in men’s health and hormone optimization.
Probably Not a Fit If You:
- Need constant physician direction for routine decisions.
- Are loose with documentation or prescribing protocols.
- Avoid difficult patient, staff, or money conversations.
- Treat the lab value instead of the man in the chair.
- Think cash-pay means every patient gets a prescription.
- Are uncomfortable with men’s sexual and hormonal health.
- Are looking for a stepping-stone role or somewhere to coast.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Active Ohio APRN (Certified Nurse Practitioner) or Physician Assistant license in good standing
- Valid DEA registration and prescriptive authority; willingness to enter into a standard care arrangement (NP) or supervision agreement (PA) with our collaborating physician
- Experience independently managing patient consultations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Strong clinical documentation habits - accurate, timely, complete
- Comfortable directing and supporting clinical support staff (RN/LPN/MA)
- Strong computer skills - EMR platforms, scheduling systems, digital communication tools
- Professional interpersonal skills - patients, staff, and vendors all experience the same standard
Preferred
- Experience in a specialty clinic, private practice, med spa, or concierge medicine environment
- Direct experience with TRT, hormone health, peptide therapy, or GLP-1 weight loss protocols
- Prior experience practicing under a standard care arrangement or supervision agreement

WHY THIS ROLE
This is a real clinical leadership seat, not a rotating mid-level slot. You will run the clinical side of a growing men’s health practice, working in active collaboration with your collaborating physician rather than under distant, paper-only supervision.
There is no hospital bureaucracy, no mandatory overtime, no floating between departments. You lead the clinical standard, you build real relationships with your patients. If that sounds like what you have been looking for, we want to hear from you.
Compensation: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
